Extra Info: The SH-60 Seahawk is the specifically naval versions built for the US Navy, based on the Blackhawk transport and assault helicopter, widely used by the American Army since the late 1980's. The Seahawk was modified and strengthened for shipboard use virtually turning it into a new aircraft. Provided with Radar and leading-edge Sonar equipment, the SH-60 is a safeguard against the underwater threat, providing anti-submarine protection for aircraft-carriers thanks to it's armament of torpedoes and depth-charges.
